A quick thought (and question) before I head off to work, and feeling somewhat refreshed after getting a fairly decent night of sleep.
ESPN announced yesterday that Bob Knight will become part of the media (which he so loves) during the college basketball conference championships and the postseason, joining the aforementioned Worldwide Leader as a studio analyst.
Here is my question.
What is the over/under on Knight pulling a Neil Reed on Doug Gottlieb after Gottlieb says something that Knight finds as idiotic? Or, will Knight hit Gottlieb below the belt with a crack about his credit card fraud at Notre Dame?
They’ve got to put them in the studio together at least twice a day. This has got to happen.
